Step 2: Fill Your Choices
In this step, you need to select your preferred course and college from the list provided on MCC. There is no limit on the number of alternatives available to candidates. After selecting your desired college and course, the options will shift to the right side of the page from the left side of the screen. The list of options can have options added or removed. It is recommended that candidates double-check their choices before submitting them, as seat distribution will be based on them.

- Visit the MCC website and use your registration details to log in.
- Complete the college and course selection form for the 2024 NEET PG seat allotment. You can click on “+” button to add a new option.

- To lock your final selections, click “save and next.”
Remember, there is no way to modify the selections made after the deadline; instead, they must be saved and locked before the deadline. After the last date, choices are automatically locked.

MCC releases NEET PG counselling results in PDF format, including candidate details, rank, course, and remarks. Seats are allocated based on options, All-India ranks, reservation criteria, and availability. You can download their allotment letter by logging into their registered account on the official website. Once allocated a seat in the NEET PG 2024 counselling process, you must show up at the designated institution. All of your certificates must be carried in their original, self-attested copies.
